Eastside Shambhala Meditation Group
Shambhala Center now has a location on the Eastside, in Bellevue.
We offer sitting meditation (and instruction) every Tuesday evening. Meditation instruction is available at 6:30 pm, sitting meditation is at 7:15 pm, and you're welcome to come to either.

The entrance is across the street (112th Ave NE) from the Hidden Valley Sports Park, and the name of the building is "Park Heights."
Once you turn in at the "Park Heights" sign, go straight ahead, then make a slight jog and go uphill, until you can't go any further. The building you want is on your right. Turn right and park along the back of the building, and enter the back door. We are in Suite 265E, which is directly to your right after you enter.

For information on getting there by bus, you can either use Google Maps (to do so, click on "get directions to here", enter your starting address, then click on "take public transit"), or Metro's Trip Planner, to figure out the best bus route. |
